How do I place an order?

Placing an order is very simple. Buy Corporate Gifts is a full online store, so the steps should be familiar;

  1. Find the items you want to order and add them to your cart.
  2. When you're ready, go to your cart by clicking the button in the top right.
  3. Upload a logo for each branded item.
  4. Click checkout and fill in your information either by registering or as a guest.
  5. Make your payment with our online secure payment system.


What's the process once I've placed an order?

On receiving your order we will immediately reserve the stock for each of your items. We will then create an artwork for branded items and upload the file for you to view and approve (or request changes). Once we have approval, your order will go into production and then be shipped as soon as it's ready.


How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

Although we cannot guarantee any production time because of the variable nature of manufacturing your items, 90% of our orders are filled within 5 working days of payment and artwork approval. Shipping times vary according to your location, so please ensure that you select the best shipping option for you.


If I place an order now, will I receive it by next week?

No guarantees can be made on order production times. Read the timeline guide for more information. Clients are encouraged to plan a minimum of 10 working days in advance to avoid possible issues.


How do I know that the items I want are in stock?

Buy Corporate Gifts provides a live stock count of all items. Simply visit the product page and view the stock count on the right. A few items are not stocked in our warehouse, and stock needs to be checked on placing your order. For these items, simply place your order and select EFT as the payment method. As soon as we receive the order we will check available stock and confirm with you.


Do the prices change?

Prices of all items are updated daily. As soon as you place your order, the price remains as is. Any price you see on the store is exactly what you will pay.


Is there a minimum order?

Yes - the minimum is 20 per item. This is implemented for your own benefit - branding a single item drives the cost up dramatically. 


Can you send samples?

No - each order is made at the time of ordering and therefore samples are not available. 


Can I return my order?

Because every order is made specifically for you and cannot be used thereafter, we do not accept returns. In the event of faulty items (which has never happened), we will collect and replace your order.


Is my payment safe?

Our site implements full SSL encryption, and payments are managed with a secured payment gateway, so all information is 100% secure.


What if my order is over the credit card limit?

You can simply select the payment via EFT option and continue with your order. The invoice you receive will have our banking details attached, and once payment is received your order will be processed.
